We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of social media and also video editing with content creator for websites and digital marketing.
~ Study design briefs and determine requirements
~Schedule projects and define budget constraints
~Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
~Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
~Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
~Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
~Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
~Test graphics across various media
~Amend designs after feedback
~Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Systems Administrator

The Systems Administrator is responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, networks, and software within an organization. They ensure the smooth operation of the company's IT infrastructure, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems.
- Perform regular system monitoring to ensure optimal performance and identify any potential issues.
- Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware problems.
- Manage and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various systems and applications.
- Implement and maintain data backups, disaster recovery plans, and system security measures.
- Monitor network security to detect and prevent vulnerabilities and potential attacks.
- Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to make recommendations for system improvements and enhancements.
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Office Assistant

The Office Assistant will provide administrative support and assistance to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the office. They will be responsible for various tasks, such as managing incoming and outgoing communications, organizing and maintaining files and records, scheduling appointments and meetings, and performing general office duties.
